CANCELLATION POLICY

Salon Policies Booking Policy Appointments must be booked online through my booking site. Please make sure all contact information is correct when scheduling your appointment. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service cost. Appointments without a deposit will not be accepted. Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may result in losing your deposit. No-Show Policy No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require full payment upfront before booking again. Late Policy Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the remaining appointment time. Please respect appointment times to avoid delays for other clients. Guest Policy For safety and limited space, no extra guests are allowed unless they getting a service. Hair Preparation Policy Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless your service includes a wash. Extra detangling or prep may result in additional fees. Payment Policy Accepted payments: Cash, Card, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc. Remaining balances are due at the end of the appointment. Satisfaction Policy Your satisfaction matters.
